The lovely week that I had..

This week has been crazy, received my date sheet. So just trying to spend as much time as I can studying.

I have been trying to keep studying fun! With Ice creams! yayyy

Loving the trend of midi-rings and I am completely embracing it :D

Ended the week, by dropping some sweet packages in some mail boxes :)

DIY : Jewellery Display Board

This has been a long overdue post. Been planning to put it since forever. 

I initially made this display board for my room, but it was very handy and also a fun element at the exhibition as well. 

What you need

- Wood piece

- Side panels of wood

- Nobs and handles

- nails, hammer, fevicol...

For a simpler version, you can take the wood piece and get it framed and then add on the nobs and handle. I made this board from scratch. 

- Was trying out different paint patches for side paneling. Used enamel paint with mettalic dust. 

- Finally decided on this! If you are painting your own side panels. Give it a good time to dry.

 - Attached the panels with fevicol and nails. 

- Add all the knobs and handles. Be careful with the drilling machine. You can also get the holes done by a professional. I also added a single coat of clear varnish.

- Ta daaaa...

Its getting awfully hot every day. Super sunny all the time.Avoiding the sunshine but loving this gold sunny mani :)

With the weather like that, it's hard not to crave craving ice creams and smoothies all the time. (just restocked all my fav ice creams tubs)

Lately I have been trying different combos of nail colours. Switching from my trademarks - pinks, purples and glitter, but I am sure I will be back to it in no time!

Had a beautiful trip this week, and still enjoying the views through all the clicks :)

Completely and Insanely took advantage of the strawberry season. 

From eating to pampering...everything is covered!!!

Mapro Garden: Mahabaleshwar

 First stop on the trip was the Mapro Garden. Here is a little window tour to the chocolate factory...

My favourite part of the whole garden was the Restaurantttt

The yum yum pizza, with the thinnest crust possible...

The sandwich was so delicious, i loved the crunchy french fries...

and for dessert....strawberries with cream....doesn't get better than that!

I loved the place so much, that for the 3 days, that we were there. We had our one meal of the day at the garden. 

After writing this post, I am really missing the food....

Sorry for the complete lack of posts. After the exhibition, my body was a wreck. So much pain :(

Well I am trying to get back into routine.

Had so much fun! It was  a perfect Sunday. Too sunny but it made no difference in the joy :)
