This DIY is super easy and hardly takes up any time, but the result is a gorgeous new pair of hoops!
What you need
- any flowers (i used paper ones)
- hoops
- needle (anything sharp to make the holes)
and....
Voila!!!
This DIY hardly needs any instructions!!
